Dataplace achieves an NPS score of +54, according to the 2020 customer satisfaction survey conducted by Forum Business Research. This is an increase of seven points compared to 2019.
In the customer satisfaction survey, customers answer questions about the reliability of our services, the expertise of our employees, the quality of communication during the delivery phase and the delivery time, among other things. With the annual customer satisfaction survey we create insight into the expectations, needs and experiences of our customers are. We take this as the starting point for our improvement plans. The survey is therefore essential in order to continue providing a good service and to optimize our services. We would like to thank all our customers for their input and trust in our services.
